Mold Workshop：

In PA Home Workshop, we prioritize precision in aluminum profile extrusion. We use H13 steel for industrial extrusion dies, which are nitride for optimal performance. Each mold set includes a positive mold, mold pad, and mold sleeve, with specific parts like the working belt, empty cutter, and deflector serving unique functions.

Our specialized workshop features professional CNC lathes, machining centers, and advanced equipment, maintaining a die manufacturing accuracy of 0.01mm to ensure extruded aluminum products meet tolerances within ±0.05mm.

Aluminum Extrusion Production Line:

A top-tier aluminum extrusion line showcases the capabilities of our production enterprise. High-quality equipment enhances both efficiency and product quality. Our extrusion method goes beyond simple shapes, enabling the production of complex profiles, including those with changing sections, intricate shapes, and hollow profiles. This precision is challenging to achieve with other methods but easily attainable with our complete aluminum profile extrusion line and auxiliary equipment. We can now produce high-precision aluminum alloy profiles with wall thicknesses of (0.3 – 0.4) ± 0.10 mm and surface roughness of Ra0.8 – 1.8 μm, surpassing the capabilities of alternative equipment. By using aluminum profile extruders, we streamline processes, reduce workloads, and enhance metal material utilization and yield.

In-depth Fabrication of Aluminum Extrusion, Aluminum Profiles:

Machining is a crucial aspect of aluminum fabrication, involving processes like cutting, drilling, milling, countersinking, and more. This work is performed using machinery such as CNC milling and turning machines, drills, laser cutters, and welding machines.

When it comes to choosing the right alloy for aluminum fabrication: For extruded aluminum projects, alloys like 6063, 6060, 6061, and 6082 are excellent choices, with 6061 being widely used in various industries.

If weld ability is a priority, opt for alloys in the 5XXX or 6XXX series, while 2XXX and 7XXX alloys are not recommended for welding.

For bending applications, consider using aluminum alloy 3003 for optimal results, followed closely by 5052, which offers better formability than 3003.

Customize Product Surface Treatment:

Aluminum naturally darkens with prolonged exposure to air and chemical reactions. Surface treatments offer corrosion resistance, weatherproofing, durability, aesthetic appeal, and extended lifespan. Our surface treatment methods include anodizing, sandblasting, electrolytic coloring, electrophoresis, wood grain transfer printing, and powder coating, allowing for customizable colors and finishes.
